| 概要 | Objective: The initial success rate of scleral buckling surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is approximately 90%. To further improve the success rate, this study used medical records to retrospectively evaluate the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative condition of cases that underwent buckling surgery, resulting in unsuccessful reattachment after the first attempt and investigated the causes of this unsuccessful reattachment. |
