| 概要 | (Objective/Purpose) To evaluate the switch effects of single intravitreal aflibercept injection (IVA) for sub-retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) lesion in the cases of recurrence after intravitreal ranibizumab injection (IVR) or tolerance to IVR in exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD). (Materials/Patients) This retrospective study evaluated 62 patients (63 eyes) switched to IVA from IVR because of recurrence or tolerance in the cases treated with IVR at Kansai Medical University Hirakata Hospital between January and June, 2013. |
