| 概要 | Purpose
After small gauge vitrectomy was introduced, the style of vitreous surgery changed. We previously reported that the difference between 25G and 20G vitrectomy in the cases of epiretinal membrane, idiopathic macular hole, and macular edema due to branch retinal vein occlusion and found that 25G vitrectomy was better in duration of the operation and occurrence of intra-operative complication than that of 20G vitrectomy. In this study we investigated the difference between 25G and 20G vitrectomy in the cases of diabetic retinopathy and rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. |
